Shizuoka University, Japan, is now accepting applications for its Exchange Student Program for the Fall 2026 semester. This program provides students with the opportunity to study at either the Shizuoka or Hamamatsu campuses.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Applicants must have completed at least one year of study at their home university.

Final-year students are not eligible to apply.

Undergraduate Requirement: Proficiency in Japanese at the JLPT N1 or N2 level is required.
Benefits & Expenses:

Tuition Fee Waiver: Selected students will be exempt from tuition fees at Shizuoka University.

Self-Funded: Students are responsible for all other expenses, including travel, accommodation, insurance, and personal living costs.
Important Deadlines:

Internal Nomination (CMU): Faculties may nominate one student per unit and submit all required documents to the Center for Global Mission by 13 March 2026.

Online Nomination (to Shizuoka University): Must be completed by 30 March 2026.

Online Application Submission: Students must complete their online document submission by 13 April 2026.
